All owners of Sectional units are obliged to pay validly raised general and special levies to their Body Corporate. When owners default in paying their levies, the owners who have duly paid effectively subsidize the defaulting owners and the Body Corporate as a whole is prejudiced. If the defaulting persist, the Body Corporate will experience a shortfall in their expected income and it may not have enough funds to cover its running expenses.

It is essential that a scheme's trustees and managing agent are committed to ensuring that arrear levies are collected.

We will ensure that the collection of levies is a pain free experience for the Trustees of the Body Corporate.

Should any of the units fall behind on their levies we immediately send a Letter of Demand and give the defaulting owner 7 ( Seven) days to pay the outstanding amount in full, should we not receive any response a Summons will be issued on day 8 (Eight), if after 10 (Ten) days no response we issue a Default Judgement and proceed with a Warrant of Execution.
